✅ Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
🔄 How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll send return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund processes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
