FiveDarkShadows — Refund Policy
All FiveDarkShadows products are made to order. Each desk mat, apparel item, mug, and art print is produced individually once you place your order, which means we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us at support@fivedarkshadows.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label (if the packaging was damaged)
Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to ship the item back.
Wrong size
Because items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If a sizing chart was missing or inaccurate, reach out and we'll help.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package as lost or it hasn't arrived within a reasonable window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship if confirmed lost.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
